(More customer reviews)We bought and used this scale for a recent international trip to Japan. We had six check in bags and wanted to be sure that we did not incur any weight penalty charges. I proceeded to weigh each bag and fortunately decided to weigh each bag again, I say fortunately because I quickly noticed that the scales gave a different reading each time, with the weights varying by as much as seven pounds (United charge $100 if you go even one pound over). We would have been better to save the cost of the scales and use the cash towards the $85 extra bag charge.The scale is now in some landfill site as I did not want the useless weigh of this product in our luggage so chucked it in the garbage. You have been warned!
