I was at first very happy when it arrived but after using it for a few minutes it would shut off on me during mid use.I quickly e-mail them with my problem and they sent me another one promptly. The new one had the same problem so I had asked for a refund. The refund was given to me but I was disappointed I still had no scale.
Great company, crappy product.
If you do buy this product. I recommend you add weight to it very slowly for a few minutes and take it off and let it run for a bit to make sure it doesn't shut off on you when you are using it for work.
