(More customer reviews)This scale is by DigiWeigh, I'd never heard of the company but this was a good priced scale and could be powered by USB which was one of the things I was looking for.The scale arrived and was DOA, it wouldn't display anything but 0.00.I went to DigiWeighs website and followed their directions for support.I got a generic response that the item would need to be sent in for repair or replacement.So I'm into the scale another $10+ to ship it to them.I used delivery confirmation to make sure it got there which it did.Their site says they will update the RMA status once they receive the package.I waited a week, no status update.I finally emailed their support and they said the replacement was on it's way back, even though the status on their site was still pending.The replacement arrived and I tested it right away, this one didn't display 0.00, it just randomly jumped up and down numbers.I decided to take it apart and take a look, there are a few wires that connect the weight to the PCB board inside and slight movements of wires and the display would go crazy.I was able to position the wires just right and get an item to weigh, but when I moved the scale the numbers started jumping again.I'm not going to send a second scale back and waste more money on this product, I'll just cut my losses and go with a brand I can rely on.
