(More customer reviews)As a basic small office postal scale it is decent. Easy to use, nice display, nice features like the detachable display panel and the attachments. Accurate as far as I can tell. Does what a digital scale ought to do and is simple to use. It will meet my basic needs.

The weak point is the USB connection and software. Don't buy it if this is a required feature. No software is included, instead the instructions direct you to a website for download. The website is poorly made and reflects badly on the manufacturer. The software is poorly made, is windows only, only exports the value displayed to a text field (or notepad), only works with Internet Explorer, and reflects poorly on the manufacturer. I think it is easier to type the value seen on the display into the computer rather than use the software.
